Privacy & Return Policy

Your privacy is important to us at Bytes2000.net a division of Millennium-Bytes, Inc. located in Hackensack, New Jersey.  Our policy dictates our commitment to your privacy.  We do not sell, trade, or use any of the information that is provided to us for anything other than the transfer of goods, services and funds form transactions which you initiate.  If your choose to join our mailing list, you will receive periodic mailings regarding our products, services and promotions.  You will always have the option of removing your name from our list by submitting a request for removal. 

Return policy

Most items purchased from the bytes2000.net website has a 30 day exchange policy, unless otherwise stated. Some items, however, may have a no return status for various reasons.  Items with a "No Return" indicator are usually items that cannot be restocked once shipped.   If an item is defective or damaged during shipment then you must call for authorization before returning the item.  Returned items that are not accompanied by an RMA # will be returned to the sender.  You will have 5 day after delivery to claim DOA (Dead On Arrival) on any product you purchase.  Bytes2000.net are not responsible for damaged products from misuse or mishandling. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund can be processed.  Refunds are subject to our discretion based on the condition of the item being returned.  Warranted items are subject to their warrantees and cannot be returned if the warrantee covers the defect or damage.
